About Me

I'm an integrative psychotherapist offering short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. I specialise in areas of loss, bereavement, illness and trauma, including historical trauma, childhood adverse experiences and relationship issues.

Through my training in Body Somato Analytical Psychotherapy

and Transpersonal Psychotherapy, I've grown to understand about the importance of a relationship with our body and attuning to our needs. I strongly believe in the connection between body/mind/spirit and soul.

I am driven by compassion, curiosity and the genuine need to help others. I use a relational approach, mindfulness, combination of approaches and techniques to address those individual needs.

I currently work for a local Hospice providing psychological support for patients and families, and I also see clients in private practice.
