About Me
I retired from the NHS in 2022 following working in gynae-oncology for over 30 years both as a clinical nurse specialist and an advanced nurse practitioner to concentrate on my trauma informed psychosexual and EMDR practice.
I am an accredited psychotherapist specialising in psychosexual and relationship
therapy working with individuals or couples with all aspect of sexual difficulties, sexuality, sexual rehabilitation, trauma recovery, LGBTQ/GSRD therapy, PTSD/Complex PTSD.
Working with an integrative approach to individualise therapy, this includes psychological, physiological, and relational framework, psychosexual education, sexual rehabilitation. Other approaches I include are trauma focused, somatic/embodied therapy, acceptance therapy, mindfulness, GSRD/LGBTQ+ inclusive.
I am also an EMDR practitioner & trained in Flash Technique to work with clients with PTSD and complex-PTSD.
