My client base has been broad and varied, from elite athletes to individuals living with long term physical and mental health issues. I work with a wide range of health practitioners to help clients achieve their goals, especially around how physical activity can be used as a tool for behavioural change
and emotional wellbeing.
I have a deep interest in how movement and exercise can be used to enhance the quality and enjoyment of life, whilst being mindful of how factors such as physical limitation, cognitive behaviour and mental state can effect an individuals ability to adapt to external stimuli. I look to build a proactive rapport with my clients and much of my motivation comes from having the opportunity to make a positive contribution to their health and wellbeing.
