About Me

Receiving a diagnosis of cancer can feel life changing. You may be asking yourself: Why me? What will treatment be like? Will I ever be myself again? Or perhaps you are now at a stage where you finally have some breathing room to process everything that has happened. Whatever stage you find yourself

in, I am able to support you in addressing the emotional, social, and existential impact of cancer.

I have a deep understanding of the challenges of receiving a diagnosis, undergoing treatment, and finding a “new normal”. I have provided psychotherapy to those impacted by cancer in the NHS for many years, where I have had the privilege of supporting clients through all stages of their cancer diagnosis and beyond.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Existential and Phenomenological philosophy but also draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore any challenges you may face, together.
